1. Your right to return
You have the right to return Hardero within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery, without giving any reason. This return window applies in accordance with consumer protection principles consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
2. Conditions for return
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
- For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened supplement bottles, unless the product is demonstrably faulty or damaged in transit.
- Proof of purchase (order reference) must be provided.
3. How to initiate a return
Contact us at info@plantrynatureeo.world or via the contact form with your name, order reference and reason for return. We will confirm return instructions and the address to send the product to. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
4. Refund process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are made by the same payment method used at purchase (cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide). We will confirm the refund by email or phone.
5. Non-returnable items
- Opened supplement bottles (except where faulty)
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Products that show evidence of misuse or damage caused by the customer
6. Faulty or damaged products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit or does not match its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
